Hi Guys-I had radical prostatectomy back in 2014. At first the cancer did not seem aggressive but then it became so, so surgery was encouraged. I appear to be cancer free, which of course is great, but my ED has me down. I’ve tried shots but with side affects and medicine with pills sometime works but not always. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with penis sleeves or extenders so that I can get some spark back in my relationship with my husband

ED after Prostatectomy
i had prostate surgery at 53 and its sucks. I was unable to take the pills but the shot worked great, mine was a tri-mix. But after about 3 years i started getting semi hard but not hard enough to do anything, except to jack it but I also use a couple cockrings which does help.
You are not alone. I've had variable ED problems post RARP as well as incontinence (which gratefully has been markedly improved after a 'Sling' procedure). I tried an injection of TriMix which gave me an uncomfortable erection and priapism which required adrenalin and drainage. Not fun. An ED doc at UCSF said TriMix causes uncomfortable/ painful erections in 40% of men and more frequent priapism. He recommended using BiMix (without the papaverine) as a safer, more comfortable alternative. I haven't retired it yet- gun shy after the TriMix experience. Would also recommend using a vacuum device regularly to increase blood flow to your penis (helps keep good vascular supply and brings in 'growth factor' according to UCSF doc), and adding a cock ring after Viagra/ before sex.
Thank you Darryl!I did watch many of these videos this past summer but was hoping to watch some of them again.
