appointment with urologist to see if I could get an erection by injection. Managed a 20% erection. Was suggested an implant. Not sure what to do. Any advice, experiences?

there are different formulations of Trimix that may produce a better erection. I would not accept one attempt by the urologist. Perhaps see another?

I started to use Trimex injections as needed. Seems to work.
