Another Angel was added in heaven today.

My 103 year old mother received her wings today after years of excruciating pain and watching her suffer I feel at peace. Hospice personnel are truly nightengales. Caregiving had been my one priority for years. No regrets. I feel I can now concentrate on beating this cancer once I start treatment in March.

I’m happy your at peace now your Mum is no longer suffering. I’m sorry she suffered in her final years. You sound like a loving son who put into place all that you could for your Mum in her final years.

May your treatment go well in March.

Take good care of yourself your Mother's suffering has ended and I am sure she would want you to turn all attention to your coming treatment. Caring for a loved one is a privilege but can be draining on so many levels and you like others have been a hero. Very best wishes and thinking of you

I'm sure she was grateful for the love and care you gave, which no doubt will come back to you. She'd probably be happy that you can turn your energies to taking care of yourself. May her memory be a blessing!
