...for being so strident and insistent about using the devices. People generally don't respond well to being told what to do to help their situation.

My genuine enthusiasm and desire for helping out, and feeling for what so many of you are going through, pushes me sometimes beyond appropriate boundaries in my attempts to be helpful.
