Orgasm?

I'm 4 weeks out from RP. I'm a total bottom and am going to miss those p-spot orgasms. Since the procedure, no erections and plenty of incontinence. However, I think I had a dry orgasm while rubbing the head of my penis and watching an erotic film. I felt a surge of electricity down both thighs that lasted only a few seconds, and I ejaculated/squirted some urine as well. The sensation was quite different from a normal orgasm.

I'm interested in others experience.

Similarly, my infrequent orgasms have been self manipulation with visual stimulation. I can no longer top so I guess I'm a bottom as well. I am curious if the top realizes or is aware of the difference when with a partner who does not a prostate after surgery.

I'm 8 weeks out from surgery and my first orgasm experience was similar to yours...at about 4 weeks too.I'm not getting much of an erection yet with just Sildenafil but using a pump has helped. I definitely have had orgasms and sometimes leak urine, sometimes not. The sensation is pretty similar and I feel the moment when I would have ejaculated, but then don't. I thought I would be more disturbed by that than I am.

There are a lot of men in this discussion group and in the in-person support group I go to for gay/bi men that say they still get as much pleasure out of bottoming after surgery - just that it feels a little different (some say more intense). I'm waiting a little while before trying that again myself.

As I was told at 4 weeks out, it's early days still. It's a marathon not a sprint. Keep up the good attitude!

Thanks for this reply. I’m having an RP in 2 weeks. Relatively good news stories like yours give me hope. All the best

Pretty similar to mine. Differences are two: no "climacturia" (totally dry) and the good feeling is around the "taint" and includes a pulse rush.

Bottoming has been fine. I am nearly nine months since RP. Doing rehab in the Restore study. Some fullness but nothing hard, even with sildenifil.

Hi. Now 2 years out and still no erections, but mostly continent, though I wear a thin pad as protection for the unexpected spurt. I can get orgasm by stroking the penis, and occasionally will squirt a little urine on orgasm. Wait a bit before you bottom again - I think 6 months is good to let everything heal and keep stroking!

5 years out. Firm erections; can’t penetrate strong orgasms. Squirt urine about 30% of the time. Sometimes a lot. Feels like an ejaculations I love it; partners not so much. One really got off on it!!!
