Yes, the psa went from .6 [6 months from radiation treatment] to 1.6 [9 months from radiation treatment, which is the same as it was in 2011. What to think? Oncologist says its "good".
Secondly, I'm a little bit horny...which comes as a great surprise that there is any feeling down there. I did manage to rub one out, but thought I'd have a heart attack as my "orgasm" was more or less achieved. Honestly, it was more fevered than pleasant. No jizz....bummer.
Finally, I've lost all my hair on chest and legs...in the last 6 weeks...seeing the dermatologist guy as it may be related to low t [20] or alopecia.
What do you guys think about this?
Other than these "pressing" issues, life is great and I wish you guys well. Thanks for your interest.

No....in July of '21 it was 500. In april '22, it was 275. Then radiation treatment and hormones. Now its 20 as of Feb '23! I have been complaining of fatigue and a drop in endurance!
Yes, did Bicalutamide 50 mg for 4 weeks. Lupron shot and then the SBRT. Post radiation, I dealt with a lot of hot flashes, urinary pressure, etc. One t # to insert: 500 > 406 > 275 > 20 from 7/21 to now.
Thanks for all your help! Greatly appreciate the online conversation.
Hi. Great news. I finished radiotherapy in May 2022 and hormone therapy in August 2022. Asked on UK PC Forum what happens next and told "you become a teenager again". During treatment I had to fight low libido, now it's coming back. I am definately more horny and the other day had some great anal sex with a male friend (I'm bi-sexual) that resulted in an orgasm and ejaculation. I was totally surprised having had dry orgasms for years. Lost hair in pubic area and thinned out in other areas. Would like to lose rest of it as I love being smooth! Disappointingly, penis also shortened after I came off treatment, despite having followed advice on penile exercises and medication throughout treatment (now resumed exercises and meds). Next PSA test in a month's time. Enjoy your new horneyness!
I was diagnosed in April 2015. I had a 12 core biopsy and all were cancerous. I had 39 radiation treatments starting in June, '17 and running through August,17. I also had my first Lupron shot in April, and had a shot every 6 months until October 2017. My T-level fell to 14. The highest it has been since is 75. In spite of that, my libido has never been higher and I have the most intense orgasms of my life! The first one took me by surprise in its intensity. Unfortunately, they take forever and are dry (although, 5-10 minutes after, I do leak a small amount of semen. My PSA , starting in October, 2017 has been undetectable. While on the Lupron, I also lost most of my body hair and experienced hot flashes and fatigue. Those disappeared fairly quickly after ending the treatment, and my body hair returned. I did experience ED, and eventually (about a year ago) got a penile implant, which my husband and I both love!
