PSA post radiation and ADT

25 EBRT, brachytherapy, and ADT (two mos prior to EBRT, during, and now after brachytherapy. Continuing on Lupron at least until May. PSA at 0.1. What to expect going forward? Anyone?

being without testosterone after a lifetime with it is quite a change. you have already had Lupron so you probably know already. for me there were no side effects form IMRT or brachy. i took PSP mushroom extract supplements which might have helped. side effects from Lupron include: muscle weakness, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, hot flashes and others. be careful doing things like climbing ladders or anything else that requires attention.
