PSA on the way up again

I am getting a little concerned about a increase in my PSA, and not just the increase, but also the increase in the rate of increase.

Short history.

Diagnosed March 2021 by MRI and biopsy

Gleason 4 + 3, Stage T3B, ISUP 3

ADT (Zoladex) started June 2021

EBRT 60Gy in 20 fractions December 2021

Last dose ADT in February 2022

Since then PSA has been

01/22 0.7

04/22 0.13

07/22 0.05

10/22 0.05

03/23 0.05

06/23 0.1

09/23 0.16

12/23 0.21

03/24 0.3

Still less than what the radiologist tells me is the level of concern which is 1.0, but I am worried by the continuing, and more rapid increase. Should I be?

You will always have some PSA because you still have a functioning prostate. As your T recovers, so does your benign PSA. Recurrence isn't even suspected until PSA reaches 2.0.
