In early 2020, I was treated with a combination of six months of bicalutamide 50mg, and HDR-BT. Because of COVID-19, I had to wait a year before I had my 1st. PSA after treatment. I've had a few bounces and even though I was told PSA bounces were to be expected, it's been about three years and seven months. When looking at my most recent PSA, you'll notice it went up again.
So, my question is this recent PSA something I should be concerned about?
When does the PSA begin to level off to where there's no longer any bouncing? Below is a list of PSA's I've had since treatment.

IMO, PSA bouncing isn't a bad thing for it to do. Mind you that leveling off isn't guaranteed. The bad thing would be first to nadir and then assume an upwardly trajectory.
You might always have bounces. No one is sure why bounces occur, but I suspect there is some occult prostatitis that relapses and remits unpredictably contributing to it.
When Should I Be Concerned About My PSA? MY old worn out joke used to be "when your dick falls off"...... Now after fighting those tiny M.F. (M.F. need interpretation? personal message me, it's free) bastards for many years.......... always be vigilant but live your LIFE.
My rule of thumb: score before the ⚫ generally not good - score after the ⚫ generally good.

Oops! (10 minutes later) I almost forgot..... just in case you don't know....
Arthro-: A prefix meaning joint, as in arthropathy and arthroscopic. Before a vowel, it becomes arthr-, as in arthralgia and arthritis. From the Greek word arthron for joint. Ultimately from an Indo-European root meaning to join or to fit together.
The 92 is just a random ID number between 91 and 93.....

(And they pay me the big bucks for this kind of shit.........NTW).
Search for PSA bounce on the site. If I recall correctly there was someone a few weeks ago who shared their PSA bounce history and it bounced for 5 - 7 years (if I recall correctly) before it flattened out. Obviously everyone has different results but worth looking at.
You might want to think about what activity you have been doing before the PSA tests and be sure that you use the same lab every time. Changing labs can really skew results. The fact that you have gone back down each time you have gotten over 1 sure looks good to me, compared with my experience of skyrocketing PSA. Also, there are new blood tests for Prostate Cancer that were discussed this weekend at the PCRI (Prostate Cancer Research Institute) annual symposium. You might ask your docs whether they would be of value for you to confirm no biochemical recurrence. PCRI puts all the symposium presentations on their You Tube pages - always some really great information!
