Started kegels when diagnosed with favourable intermediate pc last October, decided on AS for now.Do kegels help if and when treatment starts, current oncology advice is 5 sessions SBRT based on diagnosis

No, kegels don't help with radiation. Exercise does.

Ask your RO. I was doing fine after RP then 3.5 years later needed SRT. That set me back to RP days. Still doing Kegels and core exercises. Seems to help but I might be living with this problem forever.

Mybetriq or Solifenacin may help. Trigger foods like caffeine, wine, beer, spicy, etc may be helped with Prolief. It removes acid from those items. The acid irritates the bladder.

I walk 1 mile almost everyday but no weights.
