For those harboring the CDK12 mutation … curious to know how you are doing… any new knowledge etc.

My husband began with Gleason 8. 2017 Prostate removed. 2018… 39 rounds of Radiation… after 18 months of No PSA , it began climbing and he started Casodex and Lupron. He has had two “vacations” from meds. He has recently become Castrate Resistant… and will be starting NUBEQA & Lupron together soon.

He sees Dr. Rahul Aggarwal at UCSF and Dr. Antonarkis at UMN and Dr. Darshan Ghandi at Texas oncology in Dallas.

We are in year 6 of this battle. The CDK12 Mutation is rare and no specific SOC has been identified as durable.

Thank you for any responses… especially from those with this specific mutation .
