In March of this year I was diagnosed with PC. Not surprised knowing my family history. 3/10 biopsies indicated unfavorable. I chose to do radiation treatments instead of surgery. I have to have my second ADT shot next week, so hopefully I can start treatments soon after. I guess, in the mean time, I was interested in finding out how people changed their habit during treatment. Such as, special diet, exercise, anything you did out of the ordinary, that worked.

Follow your ROs instructions about diet. Exercise heavily, especially during the period you are being treated. It helps the radiation work better and prevents fatigue. I took daily viagra for 6 months starting with the first treatment to protect penile blood vessels. No ED whatever!
I did a full change in living after diagnoses. I started with a vegetarian diet. Moderation in alcohol intake, exercise, Since then I have added fish to my diet. Meditation, yoga, etc for the mind.
Increased amount of excercise always made sure to break a sweat. Helped me both mentally and physically.
