Post-TURP: Catheter in for how long?

Hi All,

Just had a TURP and looking very forward to having my catheter removed. Just curious what the typical amount of days after surgery is for removal, based on your experiences. Also, any advice on what to do or not do after it is removed?

Thanks brothers!

OK, thanks. Because I have a very large prostate, my doctor advised that I leave it in for 7 days. Just counting the hours now!
