Radium 223 Side Effects?

Hubby had his first radium treatment almost 2 weeks ago. For those of you that have had this treatment what side effects have you had? He had bloodwork done on Monday and he does not need a blood transfusion, but his liver functions are decreased, his alk phos went from 143 to 223. Onc ordered an urgent CT dues his concern about liver function.

I am in the same place as your husband. No liver problems but I in the middle of iron infusions. I will probably get my first zofigo shot in April.
