Congratulations. Sounds like you're doing great. Keep getting periodic PSA checks so you don't have any surprises in the future.

Joel,

My incontinence was never very bad. I used 1-2 pads a day for the first year or so, and then switched to shields. It took over 3 years before I stopped using those. I still have some leakage, like when I sneeze and other stress instances.

ED is only partially helped with generic sildenafil, and we have recently started with a VED. But we have adjusted well to the new normal. It has been over 4 1/2 years and there is some progress. There was bilateral nerve sparing during the surgery.
