My mouth and throat get extremely dry at night, does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help with with this? The pharmacist suggested taking glycerin.

Thanks

Last night I woke up choking my mouth and throat were so dry, I've got the glycerin and I'll try it tonight and let you know if it helps.

Buy a couple of 1Ltr water bottles from your local store & keep one at your bedside every night. I also get the same . Ridiculously dry

I buy the nestle water 12 bottles for £2 ams take one bed with me I never needed a drink before getting pregnant x

Chewing gum - is as good as glycerine or artificial saliva xx

Hi there. I was the same. Worse at the start of my pregnancy. Would wake up choking my mouth was so dry. I just keep a bottle of water beside my bed and sipped on it throughout the night. I also retrained myself to sleep breathing through my nose instead of my mouth. This helped a little. Good luck
