That i be feel sick and it stops me from eating. l be like this for 3 weeks now. any advise?

eat. Not eating would make it worse (the only times I puked during my first trimester is when I dint eat). Crackers might help. Try things with lesser odor - bread with jam or little butter, some fruit, or anything which is not too smelly at the moment. But make sure you eat something (normally you would know the times that you feel more sick in a day, make sure you eat right before it starts kicking in)

I have to eat, and drink whenI feel sick it makes me feel better, I must admit I'm eating a lot of takeaways at the moment cos cooking makes me feel ill, my daughter cooked an omelette this morning and it made me heave! So eat whatever u fancy, I've been feeling a bit thirsty and been drinking lots of cold water, u have top do whatever makes u feel better! x
This is 100% normal within the 1st trimester stage of pregnancy but the more you don't eat the more you'll feel worse. The best things to try are dry / starchy biscuits like digestives or ginger snaps because they don't have strong smells to them and will also help you to keep hydrated.
try cereal dry or with milk, I was like that up to about 13 weeks and I will be really honest it got me down that I couldn't eat without being sick and I couldn't enjoy cooking but sometimes I didn't eat and yeh it made it worse, I just ate what I fancied at the time and that included a lot of toast and basic things. I made sure I ate a big lunch as eating in evening was horrible but I will admit I hated the first trimester. hope u feel better
when i like something that i just wanted to throw up but i dont l feel sick when i am walking to the shop or doing housework if i have eaten. With my other two pregancies that i did not have feel sick only with this one. l had two girls.
