Hi am 6 weeks pregnant

Ive had 4 miscarriages, the last in June! I am concerned that i havent been sick, as the norm for me is constant sickness ,which I had with my 2 children I was blessed to have. I've heard a saying that its a good sign when vomitting, as it means your hormone levels are increasing, is there any truth to this?

I had 3 children out of the 6 that I felt no sickness at all wit and had normal pregnancies.is hard not to worry, but we can't control our bodies and we just have to try to be positive all will be ok ...
