Ive only just tested myslef due to feeling sick, sore breasts etc etc and have tested positive twice. I dont have regular periods and my last one was June. I have done a due date calculator using my last period and also the times I had unprotected sex (I am in a long term relationship). both are saying Im around 9 weeks pregnant but I have been drinking heavily at weekends and smoking constanly for these first 9 weeks..
Is it possible that this has done serious damage? I am seeing my GP tomorrow.

Personally I'd try not to worry about what you did when you didn't know, try not to beat yourself up, as long as you've stopped it now. Just try and eat healthy drink plenty of water and book yourself in with the doctor and midwife, I'm sure that plenty of unsuspecting mums have gone out on the razzal, and a midwife will be able to give you reassurance and advice.
as your periods were not regular, you are only 9 weeks going on your lmp...try not to think about how you could have harmed baby as you were not to know as the early stages are more about implantation than taking on alcohol from you etc...plus, you might get a scan and find out you are only 6 weeks....loads of people have healthy babies after a hectic first few months x
I have the same concerns. I have just found out that I am 5weeks pregnant just after a Christmas party and a New years eve party. They say that drinking alcohol is mostly harmful in the first 3months of pregnancy and I am worried. x
