Morning, you should be fine. Just tell the person doing the massage that you’re pregnant before they start. I went to a spa when I was pregnant with my first and I was around 15 weeks. They’ll just make sure you’re seated in a suitable position and also make sure the products that they use are safe.
Hello, I had a pregnancy massage at about 7 months. It was mainly on my side, and she did one shoulder then I flipped to other side and did other shoulder, so i wasn’t squashing bump or laying on my back. If you’re not too huge yet I imagine you’d be fine. Just don’t let her walk on your back 😂
Yes definitely. It will be so good for relaxation for any of the massages that you mention. I wouldn’t go for a ‘standard’ massage though as you should be treated on your side at this point and you would want someone trained in side lying and pregnancy massages to do this. Ensure you tell them that you are pregnant for any treatment that you choose. They will need to know for insurance purposes and they will likely adjust the pressure too. Enjoy your massage and relax (I’m a trained pregnancy massage therapist), x
