The only appointment they can give me is when I’m 27+2 but all the information I can find stipulates it must be 28weeks or over to receive anti-D injection. Anyone had it early, any problems?? Getting a bit stressed regarding this. Thanks

Is it safe to have Anti-D before 28weeks?
It would be fine to have it's only 5 days early and it lasts in your system for ages so would definitely cover you up till birth.
I had to have an anti D injection after I had a missed miscarriage. I had the injection in the September of my miscarriage and fell pregnant again in the November, and when I had my booking in bloods at around 10 weeks it was still picked up in my bloods that I had anti D present. So it lasts a long time.
I’m so sorry about your miscarriage, but thanks for your reply I feel much better now.
Hi
I've had anti d a few times throughout pregnancy. If you have any bleeding you need it so can have it numerous times and at 28weeks. X
Hiya
I had a fall at 24 weeks and had to go into the MAU to receive anti D then, and I also had it at around 28 weeks (27+5 for me) There is no risk with having it early, as you should have it after any and all sensitising events anyway! When your little one is born you will receive another injection either then or the following day as well!
