Bfp or indent /evape line ?

hey soo my period was due the 28th , started spotting the 27th was mainly brown an pink like dark brown then light brown sometimes a little red but it never became a flow just spotting whenever I’d use the bathroom then it stopped completely by the 1st (so roughly 3/4 days ) after that I had headaches cramping without bleeding an im sooooo tired all the time I took 3 the 1st an they all came back negative no Evap lines nun just BFN I still have them an no line ever showed up I took another one the 5th same BFN but the one in the photo I took on Friday the 7Th I swore I seen the faintest line so I kept it just so I could look again later( yes Ik it’s not valid outside the windo ) but I looked a little later an bam clear as day out of 6 test that’s the only one that had the line later or even at all is this positive ?🥺🥺🥺
