14 weeks 5 days pains

Hi, I’m 14 weeks and 5 days pregnant and the past few days I’ve been getting sharp pains in my lower left side it usually happens if I’m on my feet a lot or when I bend over. I know cramps can occur in pregnancy I’ve been trying not to worry but with it being my first pregnancy I’m unsure as to what to expect. Has anybody else suffered with this?

It sounds like round ligament pains, have a look on the NHS website for the symptoms and see if that's what it could be, if the pain is really severe give your midwife a call and they can check you over.
