Maybe speak to your GP or Google for a private clinic if you wanted to pay for it.You might want to join the weight loss group on here as I've not seen many people asking about diet and weight loss on the NCT page.
I would think your gp is your first port of call.
Ask your GP, that would be the first port.however it is not easy it get one on the NHS, you need to be above a certain BMI, even then you need to show you can lose X amount of weight before they do it via dietician. Sadly funding for bariatric surgery is tricky to get.
If you are looking at private option then see which private hospitals are close to you, and make sure they provide some sort of aftercare in the package.
