Changing bottle teats

Hi all, how soon did you change the teats for the quicker flow? My baby is almost 6months and still on month 2 teat. Every time I tried to change for +4months teat she just takes few sips of milk and gets annoyed. She'll be starting on food soon and I'm worried I won't be able to give her juices with such a slow flow teat. How to go about that? Any thoughts...?

We never changed from a size two, it never seemed to be a problem for our baby.Juices shouldn't be given through a bottle as far as I'm aware because it causes tooth decay.
