I am currently combination feeding my 4 month old son but want to try and change this to exclusive breastfeeding, I feel like he’s not getting enough from me so I am topping him up with formula twice a day, can anyone advise on what I need to do to build my supply
Thanks in advance

Plenty of skin to skin, let baby nurse for however long you need and switch boobs during feeding. One of the things that helped me was learning that because milk is made from your blood, you've always got milk there it's just not very free flowing which comes from a good supply of body knowing when baby wants to feed.
By letting baby work hard to get your milk out, it'll tell your body to produce more for the next few feed and so on.
I'd keep baby on boob for as long as you can and then reduce the top ups each time if baby still needs the top up.
Completely agree with Seb9's comment. Have you thought about contacting a lactation/breastfeeding specialists? On Facebook there are a couple of really good support groups such as LLLGB because breastfeeding matters or Lucy webber breastfeeding IBCLC. You could also look up your local NHS district and see if they have a specific breastfeeding support page.
I combi fed my first (expressed and topped up with formula) so I understand where you're coming from.
