Can someone please tell me whats the meaning if you have an egg white discharge like so much, after ovulation? I have been experiencing also nausea and vomitting?

Hi! I have recently had a lot of egg white discharge with itch, which turned out to be thrush. But didn't have nausea.. Might be good to book a GP appointment if the nausea doesn't go away... Get well!

It means you’ve ovulated as EWCM is fertile cervical mucus, if it’s chunky, smells interesting or not sloppy and not stringy that could be thrush, nausea and vomiting could be PMS, you won’t start experiencing those in relation to pregnancy until you have a good amount of HCG in your system as it the HCG that irritates your stomach xx

You get egg white cervical mucus when you are ovulating. It is a far better indicator that you're ovulating than any ovulation tracking app as it's what you're body does when it is ovulating and its the point on your cycle when you have the highest chance of conception.By tracking your cycle using verification mucus you can work out when is the best time to have sex.
