Lower back pain and period cramps

Ho all! I’m only 5 weeks pregnant and I’m suffering! I have nausea and headaches but that’s nothing comparing to the horrible lower back pain and breast tenderness I’m experiencing. The back pain shoots into my leg and at the front underneath my tommy as well! I feel like shooting pain where I usually have my period cramps! I’ve never ever had this issue before my back has always been ok! Is anyone else experiencing the same?! I’m really struggling to walk/do things!

I hope all is well! These are common early pregnancy symptoms! If your symptoms are so severe you can't move I would suggest getting an urgent doctors appointment I can't advice properly because I don't know mecical history ect but a doctor would be the best person to advise x
