Sorry to hear that. I have the same question, actually. I'm in week 12 and just started to feel less nauseous; however, the tiredness is still there. I got so excited, thinking the second trimester joys would start but no no. Although I sleep full nights, I am low in energy and I keep watching too much TV in bed or on the sofa, but I don't really have the energy to do anything else or even think of anything else to do. I think Covid is contributing because there aren't that many things to look forward too or things to get you out of the house. Are you feeling physically lethargic or also emotionally? If physically, maybe you're iron deficient? (but I guess they check that regularly). My husband forces me to go on walks which helps marginally. I also try to remember to drink water and eat frequently as I don't really get hungry, only really sluggish and sleepy. If emotionally, maybe the motivation needs to come before the energy. Some things that I've tried which doesn't require too much effort is to call my family over the phone more often (they live far away). I also bought a huge pregnancy book - which I am reading (or looking at the pictures when I'm tired). I also bought a book to learn Spanish, but that was a fail - I don't have enough brain capacity. Anyways, I hope you feel energised soon. Praying that you will find some ways to combat it.

Ah, okay. Thank you for the tip about pushing oneself. This is what I will do if it continues. I also have to go back to work this week - I am both excited and worried. Hoping the walk there will give me some energy!
