I found that sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees and feet helped with back and pelvis pain when I was about 12 weeks pregnant. Also sitting on a birthing ball helped me find somewhere comfy to sit. Though took me a while to become balanced on it. Hope you find some relief soon.
Hi, I am 12 weeks and I'm struggling with back pain too. I've always had a weak back and pregnancy is definitely making all the aches and pains worse! Similarly to Claireeeeeeeeeeeee I've found lying with a pillow or the duvet between my legs whilst lying on my side has really helped. I also make sure I'm moving around enough during the day, sitting in different chairs etc. Getting out for a walk seems to loosen it too.
