Ohh sounds painful... If it gets unbearable you could see an osteopath they work on muscle and bones, I had really bad sciatica when I was pregnant and saw a chiropractor they just work on bones and was glad I did as I was struggling to walk and was in lots of pain will def be going back if it flares up again...you can't get it on the NHS but it is so worth it for the relief...in the meantime a cold compress could help, my friend who suffers with a bad back has started to use one and says it really helps, bless you hope you get it sorted xx

I am just over 12 wks and have really bad back pain, so I have booked to see the osteopath tomorrow. They have worked wonders in the past (per pregnancy) so I am hoping for the same result this time. Good luck

Chiropractors are great and do work on muscles and bones. Find one who does the McTimmoney method, this does not involve any of the 'bone crunching' that puts so many people off. I can recommend one in Oxfordshire but they may not be any good for you.

Hope you get it sorted.

X
