Vitamins help please

Hey just found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant and wanted to know what vitamins do take I bought the pregnancy care gummies . X

Any pregnancy vitamins is fine, you only need to take folic acid and vitamin D, but I took the Asda pregnancy multi vitamin through my pregnancy and that was fine, you don't need to pay extra for branded stuff, they're all very similar.

I've used pregnacare throughout, but only because i got a load in 'sale/deal' agree with Seb9 you don't need to get branded, although do check the back of the packets for the RDAs. I've also taken an added omega oil supplement (it was cheaper to buy seperately than one which was included). Also i didn't realise but when i went for my first midwife app (and subsequently all since) they've had the vitamins available to give me, so it may be worth just buying enough until your app and see if you get any given!
