Symptoms and stuff

I'm supposed to be roughly 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I do get on and off symptoms but barely any nausea anymore. My pulse is still always above 80 bpm. If your pulse plummets drastically, will that indicate the baby has died? I just want reassurance that my baby is alive since a missed miscarriage is a thing. Which is annoying. Like come on were worried enough. Please shed some insight. My boobs dont hurt anymore. Idek.

Ah unfortunately the reassurance is hard to find. I had a private scan at 7 weeks and 10 weeks and found them the only thing to reassure me.

I cant offer reassurance because like you say miscarriages do happen, but I didn't have any symptoms while I was pregnant. I have no nausea, sickeness and my boobs never hurt at all and my little one is 7 months old now.

Your pulse changes all the time so doesn't indicate anything.

Have you had your booking in appointment with your midwife yet? It might be good to go over your concerns with her, best of luck.

Miscarriage does happen but also pregnancy symptoms come and go and some don’t have any at all. I think the main sign of miscarriage is bleeding. You can take a pregnancy test using first morning urine every few days to check it’s still positive. Or you can speak to your gp and see if they will do a test to confirm or a blood test to check your hormone levels x

I didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms at all. My fertility clinic also said if you do have any symptoms they start wearing off around 8 weeks due to hormones levelling out. Also there isn’t much point doing pregnancy tests regularly as they will still show positive if you have a missed miscarriage. Mine wasn’t picked up until I went for my 8 week scan with my fertility clinic and all my tests were previously positive x
