Mad mad mad!

I have a dilemma and I’m writing right now with fumes coming out of my ears due to anger, I am currently 5 months pregnant and I have a neighbor that smokes skunk (weed)constantly mind you it’s a shared house and he doesn’t open the windows and blow the smoke outside so the whole top floor is literally stink af from this weed imagine being awoken on mornings by lingering stench of this weed in your room. This has been happening every day for 5 months and I am fed up!!!!!!!I am looking for advice regarding this , and with this advice two things to bear in mind.

#1 technically I’m not a tenant so I’m not sure whether I have a right to say or do something or not, I’m just here due to my partner and I trying to save money

#2 my partner is outside London and would be for the next 2weeks working ....

Can you ask your partner to report it to the landlord or whoever manages the building?
