when your reading this your going to think i'm going crazy, but i just have to ask.. right me and my partner have been trying for a baby for 14 months to date, after we lost our beautiful little girl at 18 weeks, i had to give birth to her etc, but we just can't seem to catch again, my periods have been all over the place, they are always late but are usually 36 days apart from 1st day of period, before my period i had pregnancy symptoms and because i was late i done a test mid day, and was negative but then got my period. . . im now on my period, but last night i woke up with the urge to be sick, twice and have been feeling sick all day... do yo think there's any chance that i could be pregnant but still have periods? also can't stop sleeping

Hi hun first of all you are not goingcrazy! I also lost my first bbaby at 20weeks, like you I had to give birth, was and will always be the darkest and hardest time of my life. It took me over a year to conceive again and then I miscarried early one 5 months later I got pregnant again and my little girl is almost 6!! She now has 2 little brothers aged 3 and almost 1yo.so pls dont give up hope! Xx the next thing is yes you could well be pregnant. My friend had a period when she was 8weeks and is now 20wks with a boy so it is possible. Wishing you all the luck in the world xx
This is so helpful. I have been having pregnancy symtoms for almost 2 weeks (headaches, nausea, very tired, bloated, dizzy, massive and tender breasts etc) took a pregnancy test it was positive, I actually ended up doing 5 tests because my husband couldn't quite believe it. 4 of which were positive. I start bleeding on Friday, lighter than my usual period but it's too late for implantation and heavier than I'd expect that to be- wrong colour too. Went to the doc who said I've just gotta wait until next week to test again. I couldn't wait and did a test yesterday which was negative. I'm confused, emotional and angry about the whole thing! Unfortunately in the UK they don't test hcg levels with bloods as far as I'm aware and it's too early to scan (I'll be about 6 weeks). I'm so sorry for the loss of your first baby but thank you for sharing xx
It will happen for you hun. I lost my little girl at 39 weeks she was born asleep. It was such a hard and traumatic time. Your body will be all over the place. After such an awful time, i gave birth to a gorgeous healthy little boy in september. I know your test was negative this time but you will get your dream. My thoughts are with you xx
