I’m 15 weeks and 6 days. And since the start of the second trimester I have been getting a headache every 2 weeks which just lasts the day, sometimes the second day is more a fuzzy head. I don’t want to keep taking paracetamol but I do if it becomes too bad. Any idea why this is happening? Any tips/advice on how to stop this?
Thanks ladies xx

Just keep an eye if u think it gets too much or too often contact your midwife
I’m 16 weeks and have been getting occasional headaches the last 2 weeks. I know my blood pressure etc is ok as saw midwife last week - it’s important to get that checked to be sure there are no concerns re preeclampsia.
I think mine might be sinus related. I’ve had a stuffy nose and nose bleeds for a while now, and now the headaches. Something I read the other day said that this sinus/nasal issues are common at this point in pregnancy; maybe it’s the same for you.
Not sure what the solution is but hope it clears up for you soon.
It's very normal in pregnancy (not sure why - probably hormones), I had the worst headaches with my first. Drink lots of water and try and get a few early nights in.
Thanks for the replies. I had my 16 week check yesterday and my blood pressure was fine. The midwife said ‘we don’t worry about headaches at the stage’ helpful!! I’m def feeling a bit like a head cold, so maybe I have this sinus thing and it’s resulting in headaches🤷🏻♀️ Do we know how long this can last?
