Hi ladies, Just wondered if anyone has experienced this. I’m 22 weeks pregnant and all of a sudden my boobs hurt and random points. My nipples have an excruciating pain and then goes away back to normal. Is this normal?

My boobs were very painful and heavy, I changed to wearing cotton sports bras, since I’ve been wearing them, I hardly feel any pain as they are well supported. Have you tried changing bras?

Yes. My boobs have been hurting non stop since falling pregnant and im now 15wks. I have to wear a sports bra at night to stop them rubbing against anything. And a padded bra during the dayd to protect them lol. I haven't found anything to sooth them yet. Good luck x

I'm only at week 6 but my boobs have already grown a cup size and are very sore. Have you been for a bra measurement yet? I've started wearing a sleep bra at night which seems to help me, and am making do with a bra extender until I get a little further along.

One strange thing I'm getting is an intense burning sensation in my nipples, whenever they get cold at all. Of course being winter that is all the time! I haven't fully worked out what to do yet, but I'm trying to wear scarfs that cover them all day. Other people online say to try heat pads on them if it gets bad, but that seems a bit crazy(?)
