7 weeks pregnant- paracetamol?

Yes paracetamol is fine during pregnancy. Drink lots of water too. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes apparently fine. I have been to the hospital and they assured me there it was fine. They also offered codine so presumably that’s also not a risk to the baby but I refused as it makes me really sick at the best of times

Make sure to stay well hydrated too - I found that was often the cause of my headaches (which I never got pre-pregnancy).

I've been suffering from headaches bad which I never used to get pre-pregnancy. Paracetamol is fine, try to get the plain ones without the added caffeine x

Yes, my doctor said that paracetamol is completely safe I found this out after suffering for weeks xxx

Definitely ok. I have been taking a 75mg tablet each day since before transfer and plan to take until 12 weeks... I think. Anyway, lots of clinics used to even get all patients to take it. But be careful not to take too much. Just the usual amounts and let your clinic know too x

it sounds as though you are talking about aspirin, not paracetamol given the dose and when you are taking it... That should only be taken on Drs advice (and for conception/miscarriage issues, not pain relief) paracetamol is the only drug you should self medicate when pregnant.

Agreed, paracetamol comes in 500mg tablets x2.
