30 weeks pregnant

I am 30 weeks pregnant. Before that baby is used to move around lot now seem less is that normal. First pregnancy not sure about thing. I been read it’s says baby have less space to move around etc. Is anything to worried or I am just over thinking.

If your baby isn't moving as much, you need to contact your midwife or hospital. They can do some extra checks to make sure all is well. It's a myth that they slow down later in pregnancy. Xx

I agree, go get checked if you feel less movement. The advice is movement might feel different as your pregnancy goes on but frequency should remain the same.

One of the first questions my midwife always asks when I see her is, ‘have there been any changes in the baby’s movements?’ She told me to phone triage if I felt there was any change. I presume if there are, I’d go straight to the hospital where they would do a thorough check/scan.

You should definitely contact your midwife or hospital ASAP.

Don’t waste any time get yourself to the hospital maternity unit you can’t be too careful it’s there job to help you throughout your pregnancy they will give you and the baby a good check over hope you get sorted hun xxxx
