22 weeks pregnant
Hi Marim
I’m just 23 weeks and like that some the baby is kicking mad and some days it’s only light little flutters. I’ve noticed it seems to be the position of the baby, if I feel her down low it’s only flutters but if she moves around the middle of my tummy I feel it very strong. I hope this helps and make sense 😊
Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy, it’s also my first, very exciting and nerve wrecking times xx
Yh I would agree with you for sure when is lower down not as strong when she quite up she does Yh true it exciting and nervous same time. Thank you for your help feel better to share with someone
I felt this way at that stage as some days she was quite lively and then had a lazy day which made me panic. I think at this stage as long as your feeling some movement in the day it’s ok. My midwife didn’t hardly mention to me about movements until 28 weeks.
If you are worried though you can always call the midwife to make sure x
Thank you so much Yh she is moving on and off not as active but you are right they can have lazy days
I felt exactly the same, she moved at 16wks and didn't move again till 20 wks. Now she moves all the time and if she doesn't move a lot I do get worried! But then the next day she just comes back kicking even more! We all like to have lazy day, same with our babies💗
Hello
If you feel you have reduced movement best to get in contact with your health care provider and ask for advice . I was told babies tend to form a pattern of awakeness and sleep at around 28 weeks. But was also told it depends on babies position also as to how much movement you will feel . I was also told that it depends on your placentas position. Both of mine are anterior so will feel movements slightly less than if they were posterior x
