What should I be buying in preparation for the bambino

Hey girls,

So I need to start somewhere and was wondering what you guys have started buying for your little baba? My baby is due in early feb so I’m going to buy warmer thicker clothes. But have only purchased a pair of rabbit booties😶

I’m hoping someone can attach a shopping list for new mama’s x

If you download the bounty app they give you a mum to be pack which has a shopping list in. Also if you go to John Lewis they have newborn shopping ng lists as well which I found helpful. To be honest you don’t need much for the first 6 months so we are getting the bare minimum to start with and then get what we need as we go

My baby was born this Feb and for the first couple of months we just dressed her in babygrows and body suits and a snowsuit for outdoors and some cardigans. A sleepbag is better than blankets as they can wriggle out of them at night.

Also I wouldn’t bother buying a Moses basket unless you can get one cheap as my baby grew out of hers within 6 weeks so we ended to getting a next to me cot to go by our bed.

When you buy babygrows try not to buy ones that go over the head as they are such a faff after you’ve put a body suit on over the head baby can get a bit annoyed xx
