Could I be?

Hello. I am on the pill and missed some during the month I now haven't had a regular period since September and have had a popping under left rib, back ache, larger breasts, veiny breasts and I'm wondering could I be pregnant? I have took tests and are all negative but I'm unsure what else could be wrong with me. Also my partner had cancer but hasn't had any chemo therapy in over a year now.

Have you seen your gp? Maybe get a blood test done some ppl get negative hpts but positive blood tests. Xxx

Do you think from what I've said is worth it? It seems very unlikely to be pregnant but I can't point it to anything else I've also had swollen gums that bleed, and strange twinges. It all seems very strange to me but I will for sure to go my GP but I'm almost certain because of my partners circumstances and me being on the pill they will turn me away xxx

I was in the pill and didn't take some property when I fell on with my daughter. Also I'm currently miscarrying now but with this pregnancy I had swollen gums that bled they really hurt. Xxx
