Hi Lynette1986... I had lower abdominal pain at the start of my first pregnancy many years ago. It was like a dull ache but too many weeks to be implantation (still early pregnancy though- must have been about 7 weeks?) my doctor wanted to rule out ectopic pregnancy so I was sent for a transvaginal ultrasound (internal scan). Baby was found to be healthy for it's number of weeks and growing in the right place. They put it down to 1st time pregnancy aches as my uterus was adjusting, even at this early stage. After another week or so, the initial ache subsided. Perhaps speak to a healthcare professional if it continues? All the best x
