Got a 7 day course of antibiotics and oilatum bath liquid, and under orders to return if no improvement or it worsens! Next step us steroids if this doesn't work! Fingers crossed it does!

Aaaaahhhh poor little man, I hope that for his sake the cooler weather stays as that will be less itchy for him. Do you think he is allergic to anything your putting on his skin? XX
Ouchies...I sympathise greatly I had that for alot of my childhood but the bath ointment was really good and helped so hopefully he will get btr soon. Xx
Poor little thing housefly it will get better have they given u cetreban its a moisturiser but it's got a little antiseptic in it. .. they usually prescribe it for children hope it clears up ASAP x

My brother (who is almost 30 now) has had infected eczema several times up from his early babyhood until now, and the antibiotics always helped. So fingers crossed Hugo will be fine! Hope that he isn't too uncomfortable and will get well soon! Xxx
Not sure about allergies! Only use bubbles 2-3 Times a week and don't let bubble water on his face, just warm water! W have doublebase cream but I will mention the other one if if doesn't clear! Really hope it doesn't scar, with it being on his face! Xx

It shouldn't do I've got excema and so have my boys and we haven't double base is good but keep an eye if u notice he crys and itmakes it red after u put it on then it's probably stinging him but the oilatum is good at soothing dry skin of u find it hard getting it on his face use some cotton wool and gently bathe his face x
It shouldn't do specially as its the first time and ur already on top of it with medication..I only have 2 scars and tht was after 10yrs of it. Does he wear his scratch mitts at night as tht was when I itched the most. Xx
I put socks on his hands as mittens come straight off! But they are on 24/7! Bless him he likes to suck his hands so gets frustrated he can't lol, he did set when I put the double base on tonight, but it's at its worst atm! Thanks ladies, feel re assured about scars now! :o) xx
im sure the antibiotics will work pretty quick.
