36weeks and 1day and for the last week I've been really suffering from heartburn. It's awful all day everyday. My box of 90 rennie has almost halved. I'm drinking plenty of water as the heat is now here.. Any suggestions on what to eat and what can help ease it.

Hello!
I have had really bad heartburn for the last few weeks.. Until I found Zantac.. its tablets you take with water. I took one and it regulated the acid levels in my stomach for dayssssssssss. It is my saviour. It's called Zantac 75 Relief. Please check with your GP or Midwife if you can take it. Mine confirmed it was safe. I hope it gets better soon xx
I've been drinking green tea. Not so keen on the mint. Stopped drinking tea and coffee completely. It's horrible I wish baby would just move down and be fully engaged may ease it. X
Gaviscon always sorts me out found rennie not so great x
I have it pretty bad too. I have been taking gaviscon but also found that reversing meals (having big breakfast, medium lunch and minimal dinner) helps as my acidity increases as the day progresses. Also having something milky helps to neutralise the acid so I have yoghurt or ice cream after dinner.
Small meals and often have been my ideal theres not much room so im full quivker than usual. I love spicy food but I've obviously had to cut that out to ease the heartburn :-). So when I'm on the go ill have my rennie, but at home a glass of cold milk is really doing the trick yay. Finally the end is near cant wait to meet my new addition to the emo family
So after trying a few things a glass of cold milk really does the trick, normally can't stand drinking it so long may it continue thanks for all your suggestions xx
