Hey all, I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I’m taking math and Latin America in film. Math has gotten really hard and it’s been taking its toll on me. I have support but it has. And in my Latin America in film class we are covering some very heavy material and it’s been hard. I’m realizing how complicated life is and it’s hitting me full force. Today I am taking it easy because yesterday was hard. I am going to try and get a job over the summer. I guess this quarter of college has hit me because I’m realizing what the adult world is like and I’m still unsure of how to handle it. I’ve always been a deep thinker, but still. Hope everyone else is well. I’m okay, I just needed to let this out, 🌸💐🌺💐🙂

Glad to hear that, despite all of the stress, you still feel that you are OK and of course it's fine to release the tension, and we're happy to have you do it here if it helps. The point you have reached in life now is quite challenging. All of your hopes and fears seem to come to the fore and it does seem quite hard to cope with.I'd say always put your education first, as making it through that will make your future life challenges much easier. Not earning enough can cause major worry later down the line and it will widen the scope of what you can achieve if you get through. A job you enjoy doing, the opportunity to travel, have your own home, all of those things. But you don't need to worry about them all today. Just concentrate on where you are, and in their own time, these things will fall into place. Thinking's good but too much thinking is often bad, so it's good to take some short breaks and just let your mind and body catch up with each other. Take care... 👍😊🙏
