This was what I had tonight for dinner. The rice is Basmati. The tofu was extra firm and the sauce was mild Coconut. Really good and the entire meal (with a gluten free chocolate brownie) was 65 carbs..

Basmati rice is the only rice I cook. The curry sauce looks appetizing. Bon appetit
