This was what I had for a dessert on Christmas night with my dinner. It was really good and my brother’s family had it for me and they also had cooked a homemade zucchini noodle lasagna for me. The lasagna was really good the next night after for leftover dinner on December 26th.😀👍🌈

Thank you, Zest . Yes, both the lasagna and cake were really good and I'm glad we had some leftovers for the next day ( we may have even more for a few more times).

Very fluffy and moist with flavor/texture! It's nice to know it's around whenever a special occasion is coming up and I may be able to have it, again in the future.
The lasagna was really good. One of my favorite things is zucchini.

Awe! It's true and was really good! We still have leftover zucchini lasagna for another dinner or two, but i need to see what can go on the side with it.
