I've been learning card looming (makes small pieces). I made one tiny hanging, mounted on grape stems picked and dried from the garden, another very simple 6" piece that might work to make a cell phone pouch or to hang, and today I I put together a strap for my spare car keys. Not fancy, but a good distraction. Of course, still working on the Brooklyn sketchbook and other drawings, too!

Looks very satisfying and tactile. I like it! 😊🌸
I like the look of that. I'm always up for trying new crafts so I think I' ll give it a go. I've got loads of bits of yarn. Thanks for sharing.
great!
Oh that's fun Wallowa, I'm a great fan of just enjoying crafts and not worrying about how 'good' we are at anything. Anyway, you are very lucky in already having a wonderful talent!
so kind. I must say my beginner's "weaving" is much better than my knitting. Try as I might, I can never get more than 1-1/2 rows on before it all falls apart. I just haven't been able to "see how it works". Easy NOT! (for me).
Not to worry Wallowa. my knitting's just as bad. I drop stitches, misread patterns and forget to count my rows. Needless to say I've given up on that! 🤣
I as well! luckily, so many other fun things to do!
