Keep seeing bins overflowing in parks the rules at moment , meet outside , eat outside with coffee .but the bins available are not use the extra amount of rubbish , keep seeing a bin full with same amount of rubbish on floor next to it
The council tax has gone up so spend it on putting 2 extra bins next to everyone you see in a park . Easy

If a bin is full, you can always try and find another one or alternatively you could of course, take your rubbish home with you and dispose of it there! Whatever you do, don't leave it pilled up around a bin. This isn't very nice for the environment. Think about the wildlife and the danger you are causing them. Be a responsible citizen and take that rubbish home.
Looking at the amount of abandoned rubbish shown in a park in a TV news broadcast yesterday, I think that we'd be greeted by the sight of rows of bins like soldiers in most open spaces. I also think that rubbish would still just be abandoned somewhere in between them all.I think the problem is that a culture has arisen in which much of the population believes that there is always someone else there to clean up behind them and sees no need to take personal responsibility for clean up. And the only way to change that is through education.
We've done wonders with smoking by explaining to small children how bad it is. I think where we need to start with rubbish is similarly with the very young, making it, through lessons on civic responsibility at school, a social pariah to leave litter. Children do influence parents, and by the time those children are old enough, we could see something of a turn-around in this. Failing that, maybe it's time to levy a clean-up charge at the park gates for everyone on their way in!
When I did meals on wheels my partner was a good but unfortunate soul called Joy. Her only paid work was collecting rubbish. She used to say to us all “please don’t stop throwing rubbish around as I don’t want to lose my job”. It certainly made me think. Con amore Bx
